Hi Ivett, Can you tell us who cleaned Jardin de Sueños before the current guests arrived? The guests are saying that the room is not clean, including the bed and they are leaving.

Treat area around house and bedroom with borax for ants at Jardin de Suenos.
Check door handle on person door to bedroom to ensure that the door stays closed when shut at Jardin de Suenos.

They explain to me as well that is was related with the noise at night, the Cats we're on the roof, they also found a Big Spider, those are around the house, and they couldn't sleep that much because of noise and they got alergy as well, they believe from the sheets.
The one that cleaned that space was Juana, I talk with her today and she told me she couldn't clean very well the bedroom, as the other guest left late and had still their things on the bedroom.
I would love to post Casa de Sueños today again, of we could agree in a price to offer the place 🙏🏽 that would be great. Juana was working with me today and I send her over Casa de Sueños to leave the place ready and to change the sheets again.

Yes, I explained to them that the spiders and the night noises, as well as the ants were all very normal things. But they also said there was underwear in the laundry basket, the mirror was unclean and the floor seemed dusty. Let's be sure to check those things before the next guests.
We have a new reservation from Booking for November 21-24. The guest is Lars Sheerer and it's for two guests. I will message them to be in contact with you, as per usual.

Christopher and I will work on a pricing document for various scenarios so we agree. Right now, it's listed at $88/night or about Q686/night. For the moment, maybe we could offer at $65 or Q500/night, paid in cash.

Hello! Ok I'm going to write my opinion about the pricing. The montly payment seems good to me, maybe just make the prices round as $1,000 for friends and family, $1200 for local traveler and 1,600 for AirBnB.
Reviewing this, overall, the prices seem fine to me. However, in my opinion, I would like to offer at least a 15% discount for weekly stays.
I would love to set the prices for friends, family, and locals from Guatemala at $50 per night if possible. So that it's almost $400 instead of $500, which honestly feels better.
And for local travelers, $65 sounds good to me, making it a total of 500 Q still. This is what I think about it!"
